Discuss a project

Framing through finish

JZ provides metal and wood framing, insulation, backing, drywall installation, taping, and finish work. Layout, code-compliant systems, sound control, energy performance, and in-wall support are coordinated with architectural and specialty requirements.

Sequencing with adjacent trades supports clean, consistent finishes and alignment with design, performance, and schedule requirements.

Acoustical ceiling systems

Scope includes layout, suspension systems, specialty ceiling configurations, acoustical panels, and tile installation for commercial and institutional spaces.

Lighting, HVAC, fire protection, and other ceiling-mounted systems are coordinated for accessibility, code compliance, acoustic performance, manufacturer requirements, and a finished appearance.

Durability for healthcare and high-traffic interiors

JZ installs wall panels, corner guards, handrails, and impact-resistant wall-protection systems for healthcare and hospital environments where durability, safety, hygiene, and patient support are critical.

Products are installed to manufacturer and facility requirements with attention to alignment, attachment, trade coordination, appearance, and long-term performance.

Scanning, selective removal, pour-backs, and repair

Concrete services begin with scanning for embedded utilities, reinforcement, and post-tension systems. Controlled removal, slab penetrations, trenches, pour-backs, reinforcement, preparation, and finishing are coordinated around the engineer's requirements and surrounding construction.

In-house roll-off and hauling support

Container delivery, scheduled and on-demand hauling, and responsible disposal are coordinated around the construction schedule. Direct control can reduce downtime, simplify logistics, and maintain cleaner, safer job sites.

Training, certification, and active oversight

JZ's public subcontracting program states that field personnel use appropriate PPE and follow site-specific safety requirements. The workforce is described as maintaining CPR and first-aid credentials, OSHA 30-hour training, and equipment certifications for aerial lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers, supported by toolbox talks and safety oversight.
