This notice covers the public websites operated under the JZ Group brand and their shared inquiry and client-access features. JZ Group and its affiliated operating companies are referred to collectively as JZ.
Information We Collect
When you send an inquiry, JZ collects the information you enter, including your name, work email, company, phone number when provided, requested service, project location, facility status, timeline, project details, and an optional authorized plan-room or document link.
Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser type, device category, approximate region, request time, and diagnostic information. Client access also uses an access ID and an essential signed session cookie.
The websites are not intended for children under 13, and JZ does not knowingly request information from children.
Contractor Applications
The pre-qualification form collects business and contact information, trade capabilities, service areas, project preferences, self-reported certification and compliance readiness, bidding information, and optional financial-capacity ranges. JZ uses these details to review contractor qualifications and contact applicants about potential opportunities. Submission does not guarantee approval or future work.
Applications are sent to JZ by email through the website’s delivery provider. The form does not accept uploads or request bank details, tax identifiers, tax returns, or financial statements. Supporting documents may be requested privately after review. Answers are not saved as a website draft.
How Information Is Used
JZ uses inquiry information to evaluate and route requests, communicate with prospective clients, coordinate estimating or rental follow-up, protect the websites, prevent abuse, maintain client access, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
JZ does not sell website personal information, use it for cross-site behavioral advertising, or use advertising pixels on these websites.
Service Providers and External Links
Vercel hosts the websites and provides first-party Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Resend and the relevant email providers process inquiry messages for delivery. These providers may process information under their own contracts and privacy terms.
Company contact pages may direct you to the group contact form with only a service selection in the URL. External maps, plan rooms, social platforms, and other linked services are governed by their own policies.
Retention and Security
The website does not create a separate inquiry database. Inquiry messages can remain in JZ and service-provider mailboxes while needed to respond, maintain project or business records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. JZ may delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
JZ uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Sensitive and Medical Information
Do not submit patient information, medical records, passwords, financial account information, government identifiers, or confidential documents through the public form. The website is not a HIPAA intake channel. Use an approved secure project system when sensitive records are required for contracted work.
Requests and Choices
You may ask JZ to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. JZ may need to verify the request and may retain information required for contracts, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
